DAY 1
HOTEL PICK UP / SINHARAJA

You will be picked up from your hotel and driven to Sinharaja
12:00
Arrive at Rainforest Eco Lodge in time for lunch. After Lunch, check-in to the hotel and spend couple of hours at leisure or enjoy the surrounding of the hotel.

Your guide will take you on a memorable nature trail in Sinharaja that can be described as a Tropical Lowland Rainforest or Tropical Wet Evergreen Forest. BIRD WATCHING in this ecosystem is particularly interesting because it is home to 95% of the endemic birds of Sri Lanka, named as a world heritage site in 1989. This lowland evergreen rain forest is steeped in deep legend and mystery.

Arrive back at your hotel with wonderful photographs and spend rest of the day at leisure.

Enjoy your dinner and spend the overnight at Rainforest Eco Lodge.
DAY 2
SINHARAJA / DROP OFF
5:00
You will get your wakeup call that gives you the message to get ready for the morning trekking that will start at 5:30am. This early morning trail will provide maximum opportunity to witness the beauty of the rain-forest.

You will arrive at your hotel in time for breakfast. After breakfast, you will spend couple of hours at leisure, enjoying the surrounding of the hotel.

Check out from the hotel and proceed to your next destination. Transportation will be provided free of charge to selected cities only - South / west beach hotels from Mount Lavinia to Yala, Udawalawe, Tissamaharama, Kataragama, Colombo and Negombo)

- Children 4 Years +11 months and younger are complimentary when accompanied by a paying adult.

Cancellation Policy
- To receive a full refund, traveler should cancel the tour 15 days prior to the travel date in the local time zone. If the booking is cancelled within 14 – 8 Days prior to the arrival date, 50% cancellation charge will be applied. 100% cancellation charge will be applied for all the cancellation received less than 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Know before you go
- Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
- Roundtrip transportation is available from most centrally located Beach Hotels and city hotels.
- Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
- Be prepared for uneven surfaces at the sites visited which may be difficult for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair
- Gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.

Our stay at the Rainforest Eco Lodge was an incredible experience! We arrived just in time for a delightful lunch, followed by a relaxing afternoon enjoying the serene surroundings of the lodge. At 3 PM, our guide took us on an unforgettable nature trail through the Sinharaja Rainforest. Bird watching was a highlight, as we spotted numerous endemic species in this lush, world heritage site.
